Mosaic Glass

A mosaic is a piece of art that is composed of many tiny pieces of glass or tile. To make a decorative object into a mosaic, you can tile the surface, much like you would a back-splash. From afar, mosaic art glistens with an impressive array of colors and patterns. Up close, the intricacies involved are unveiled, and you can see how much time and effort must have gone into creating the artwork.  There is two types of Mosaic. One being, placing the tiles directly on the final surface, whereas,no light shines through. The second type of mosaic is glass on glass so the light will shine through, amplifying the colors and images.
